Welcome to Oak Laurel

When the Oak Laurel community was originally laid out by the Developer, there were 90 lots.

The Developer later merged some of the lots due to the topography.  Lot 41 was merged with Lot 58 -- shown above as 58/(41).  Lot 79 was merged with Lot 78 -- shown above as 78/(79).  

Annual fees are payable per lot owned, thus Lots 58/(41) and 78/(79) now pay annual fees for one lot.  

Owners who have more than one adjoining lot have the right to combine their lots at the county tax assessment office  for tax purposes and resale; however, annual dues on combined lots are still owed according to the original lot breakdown.   Thus Lots 76 and 77, for example, are known at the county level as Lot 76-R, but the owner pays annual dues for 2 lots.

The green areas in the map above are Common Areas set aside by the Developer as Green Space.  There are no amenities in those areas currently.
